Athy is the founder of The Mind Project, established in 2016. With over a decade of clinical experience, she specialises in child and adolescent psychology, as well as family and youth counselling, with a primary focus on psychological assessments and parent consultation.
She obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in the United Kingdom and later completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychological Medicine at the The University of Hong Kong. Athy has practised across public hospitals, clinics, NGOs, and the private sector, developing a well-rounded and evidence-based clinical approach.
Her work centres on conducting comprehensive assessments and working closely with parents to understand their child’s developmental, emotional, and behavioural needs. She provides structured, practical guidance to support children and adolescents both at home and in school, and has collaborated extensively with schools to facilitate appropriate interventions and support.
Athy is committed to early identification and intervention, and to making psychological and SEN services more accessible to families. In addition to her clinical work, she has been featured in various media outlets, including parenting magazines and interviews, and has contributed as a guest columnist on topics related to child development and mental health.

Tiffany is a Qualified Behaviour Analyst (QBA) with over five years of experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). She has supported children across a variety of settings, including one-on-one intervention, school-based shadowing, and social groups, gaining broad clinical exposure to diverse learning profiles.
Drawing on her experience, Tiffany is skilled in designing individualised, evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs. She is particularly adept at breaking down complex skills into manageable, achievable steps, facilitating consistent progress while building confidence and independence.
Tiffany places strong emphasis on the generalisation of skills, ensuring that learning extends beyond the therapy setting into meaningful, real-life contexts. She believes that true learning occurs when skills are functional and transferable across environments.
Tiffany believes in the potential within every child and is committed to walking alongside each learner, providing structured guidance and appropriate support to help them grow and thrive.

Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the United Kingdom, where his academic training fostered a strong foundation in understanding psychological processes and disorders, and guided his transition into behavioural therapy.
In his clinical practice, Chad has worked closely with a range of children with diverse developmental profiles, gaining valuable hands-on experience in delivering individualised support. He adopts a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach, recognising that effective intervention extends beyond theory and relies on careful observation, consistency, and responsiveness to each child’s unique needs.
Chad places strong emphasis on incremental progress, understanding that small, well-supported steps are integral to meaningful developmental gains. He is committed to a child-centred framework, appreciating that each child follows a distinct developmental trajectory. He finds his work both meaningful and motivating, and takes professional satisfaction in supporting children’s growth and celebrating their progress.

Stephy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the United Kingdom, where she developed a solid foundation in understanding human behaviour and child development, alongside a strong interest in supporting children with diverse needs.
Through her experience in children and youth centres, as well as various educational settings, Stephy has worked with children presenting a wide range of learning and developmental needs. These experiences have strengthened her appreciation of the importance of early, individualised intervention, particularly for children with special educational needs.
As a Behavioural Therapist, Stephy adopts a thoughtful and structured approach in supporting children’s development across areas such as behaviour, emotional regulation, and communication. She is known for her patient and empathetic manner, which enables her to build strong, trusting relationships with the children she works with. By creating a safe and supportive environment, she facilitates the development of confidence, resilience, and essential life skills, supporting each child in overcoming challenges and achieving meaningful progress.

Maggie is a qualified kindergarten teacher with extensive experience working with preschool-age children. She is skilled in designing and applying tailored learning strategies, creating unique activities that cater to each child’s abilities and individual needs.
In addition to her background in early childhood education, Maggie is also a counsellor who provides professional counselling services to adolescents, young adults and parents. Warm, supportive, and approachable, she believes that a safe and joyful environment allows children and young people to step out of their comfort zone, engage more fully in activities, and express themselves freely without fear of judgment.
